Capital Improvements Division

This division provides architectural design and construction management services for facility construction and improvement projects and assists in the development of the County's Facility Master Plan.
Current projects include constructing an Auburn Justice Center and Land Development Building in the County's Government Complex in DeWitt Center. The county will also be leasing the new South Placer Justice Center in Roseville
