FORESTHILL LEROY BOTTS MEMORIAL PARK
Large BBQ Area Facility
The Large BBQ and Picnic Table Area is located in the Foresthill Leroy Botts Memorial Park next to the Veterans Memorial Hall. This facility includes:

· 12 concrete picnic tables (seats 96 people)
· 1 Brick BBQ
· 1 Steel BBQ
Reservations and Use
The Large BBQ Area may be reserved by itself or in conjunction with use of the Foresthill Veterans Memorial Hall (“Memorial Hall”) and/or the Foresthill Leroy Botts Memorial Park Amenities (which include the Gazebo and/or the Dance Area) (“Park Amenities”). Reservation of this Area requires appropriate paperwork, insurance, deposit and use fees. The Large BBQ Area may only be reserved by one user per day. The Brick BBQ is locked and always requires a reservation for use. Reservations must be made at least 10 working days prior to your event.
If there is no reservation, the Steel BBQ and Picnic Tables are available without a reservation on a first-come first-served basis.

To reserve the Large BBQ Area by itself or with other Park Amenities:
· Check the online calendar to view availability at www.placer.ca.gov/parks

v Click on “Foresthill BBQ Picnic Table Area Calendar”
v If reservation of other Park Amenities is desired, return to the calendar and click on “Foresthill Park Calendar” to view availability
· If facilities are available on your preferred date, contact the Facility Services’ Parks Secretary, Dianna Baird at (530) 886-4901 or e-mail her at DBaird@placer.ca.gov to initiate reservation process.
To reserve the Large BBQ Area by itself or in conjunction with the Memorial Hall:
