Bell Garden Apartments Relocation Plan
The Property Management Division has released a Draft Relocation Plan for the Bell Garden Apartments at 11540 A Avenue in Placer County Government Center (PCGC) in Auburn, CA. State law requires that a relocation plan be approved prior to moving forward with the relocation of the Apartments’ residents. The Draft Plan, which has been prepared in conformance with State Law, considers the needs of the affected households and addresses the issues of available replacement housing sites. It also describes the commitment of the County to provide advisory and moving assistance to the residents.
The Draft Plan is now available for public review for a 30-day period that will end on November 19, 2011. After the 30-day review, staff will consider comments received and will make recommendations to the County Board of Supervisors related to the adoption of the Relocation Plan.
