Meadow Vista Library History

The first library in Meadow Vista opened in 1951. In 1963 it was housed in the same building as the Meadow Vista Water District. The library doors closed permanently on August 1, 1964 after thirteen years because of its small circulation. The current Meadow Vista Library opened December 18, 2002, in the lower floor of the Sierra Market building. The library is 2820 square feet.
