Celebrate 25 Years... with the Literacy Support Council

Join us at LSC's Annual General Meeting and Party and help us celebrate 25 years of supporting literacy in Placer County. Refreshments will be available. Tuesday, June 28 at 5:00 p.m., Auburn Library Community Room.

PALS people 

Placer Adult Literacy Services Needs You!

We are especially in need of Volunteer Adult English Language Tutors (work with English as a second language learners). This volunteer work takes place in Auburn and Rocklin libraries. Please contact PALS for details on either of these positions:

 Veterans Information & Services Kiosk

Veterans can receive live support from the Placer County Veterans Services Office via the kiosk's phone, fax, and videoconference capabilities. Kiosk hours: Tuesday -Friday, 10:00 a.m.- Noon; 1:00- 5:00 p.m. at the Auburn Library.
