Posting Bail

Bail may be posted under the following conditions:

Cashier's check    Made payable to the Placer Trial Court, or the Clerk of the Court issuing the warrant or having jurisdiction over the out of county matter.

Certified check     Made payable to the Placer Trial Court, or the Clerk of the Court issuing the warrant or having jurisdiction over the out of county matter.

Money Order    Made payable to the Placer Trial Court, or the Clerk of the Court issuing the warrant or having jurisdiction over the out of county matter.

Bail bond     Bonding companies may be located in the Telephone Directory listings.
Bail Bonds must be delivered by a Licensed Bail Agent.
