The Placer County Sheriff’s Department offers a program for at-risk dementia and Alzheimer residents in the unincorporated area of Placer County.
An identification database is maintained should an at-risk person be missing or is located. This program enables the sheriff department’s communications center to provide helpful information to patrol units and assist in locating a caregiver.
To register an at-risk resident who resides in the unincorporated area of Placer County, please download the form provided and return via mail.
