2.) Please use the exact account number as printed on your physical check.

The account number should be in the current format and length as defined by the institution on which the instrument is drawn. IF THE CHECK IS NOT HONORED BECAUSE OF INCORRECT ROUTING OR CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION, RETURNED CHECK FEES AND ANY APPLICABLE DELINQUENCY FEES WILL BE ADDED TO THE PARCEL(S) AFFECTED.

Important Information Regarding Tax Payment Delinquency Dates and Times for Virtual Checks:

  • September 2, 2014, Midnight (PST) - Unsecured Taxes - 2013/14 fiscal year.
  • December 10, 2014 Midnight (PST) - Secured Taxes - 1st Installment - 2013/14 fiscal year.
  • April 10, 2015, Midnight (PST) - Secured Taxes - 2nd Installment - 2013/14 fiscal year.
