This manual provides policy, guidelines, and specific design criteria for the development and mangement of natural resources, drainage facilities and infrastructure for stormwater management. It also provides policies, guidelines and criteria for performing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, designing drainage and stormwater storage systems, and planning / designing / maintaining open stream channels.
