Fuller Signal: Complete (2006)
South Phase: Complete (2009). Construction for the South Phase was completed by Teichert Construction in the fall of 2009.
Middle Phase: Complete (2011). Construction for Middle Phase was completed by Western Engineering Contractors in the fall of 2011.
North Phase: Construction date for the North Phase will be determined as right-of-way is acquired; funding becomes available, and is subject to Board of Supervisors approval.
