Controlling Pollutants During Construction

Construction Activities can be a significant source of pollutants.
Common sources of pollutants from construction sites and activities include:

Sediment from soil erosion.

Construction materials and waste (e.g. paint, solvents, concrete, drywall, ect.).

Landscaping runoff containing fertilizers and pesticides.

Spilled oil, fuel and other fluids from construction vehicles and equipment.
