Van Pool Program
PCT offers a van pool program to Placer County residents, which is available to the general public.
Van pools offer commuters an opportunity to save time and money by riding with others to and from work. Van pools are similar to car pools, but consist of more people. Some of the benefits of riding in a van pool are saving money, as gas and parking expenses are shared among a group of riders; reduced commute times compared to driving alone, because you can ride in carpool lanes; and fewer cars on the road, which can lead to less traffic congestion and air pollution.
