| Who is Eligible for WIC Services? |
Low to medium income families who have:
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or just had a baby
- Children under 5 years old
- Foster children receiving Medi-Cal

What Does WIC Offers Families? |
- Checks to buy healthy foods such as milk, juice, eggs, cheese, cereal, dry beans, and peanut butter
- Nutrition and health education to help you and your family eat well and be active
- Support and information about breastfeeding your baby
- Help in finding health care and other community services

| How Do I Enroll in WIC? |
Enrollments are by appointment only. To determine if you may qualify for WIC, please contact the WIC Program (see below). The WIC staff will give you an enrollment appointment and directions to the nearest clinic. At your appointment, WIC staff will check to see if you and your family qualify. All persons enrolling in WIC must be present at the enrollment appointment.

| What Information Will I Need to Bring to the Enrollment Appointment? |
- Identification for the persons applying for WIC
- Proof of all family income
- Proof of street address
- All enrollment forms sent to you by WIC
