California Children’s Services (CCS), the Child Health and Disability Prevention Program (CHDP) and the Health Care Program for Children in Foster Care(HCPCFC) are all part of Health and Human Services Environmental Health, Public Health, and Animal Services Division and are referred to as Children's Medical Services (CMS).
