Food Facility Project Description   -
For new food facilities, pre-packaged food, and ALL remodels.  Submit this page, with the proper Food Facility Plan Review Application, and Plan Check Fee.  (See Fee Schedule Below)

Food Safety Certification Class Application  (Auburn Class) - Application required to attend Food Certification Training conducted by Environmental Health.  NOTE:  There is a class fee due at the time of application submittal to Environmental Health.

Public Pool/Spa Application - Facility Operation Information.  Used for Pool or Spa Location, Owner, Manager, and Emergency Contact information.  A current copy is required to be kept on file with Environmental Health and will be checked at the time of inspection.
