Fee Schedule
Along with our fees that are required, you will need to sign a fee disclosure form. This form shows acknowledgement in how much staff time is being paid for in advance for items that are being submitted according to the fee schedule.
Fee Disclosure Form - This is the form that accompanies fees paid for applications, requests for service, etc .... Whenever a fee is paid for this department, a fee disclosure form is required. It states what the applicant has paid for at the time of submittal.
If you have any questions regarding which fee to submit with a set of plans or an operating permit application, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would like to ensure that the correct fee is submitted so that project review and approval progress is not affected.
