Food Safety Work Group Meeting Locations and Times


The Division continues to work with a group of interested food facilities to resolve issues that have been raised during the fee revisions. Below are agendas, minutes and information presented at the Food Safety Working Group meetings. The standing date is the 4th Wednesday of each Quarter.

Fee Revision, Historical Information and Resources 


Fee Schedule Definitions (.pdf format) 


Food Safety Working Group, Pre-Inspection Form (.pdf format) - Is a "Pre-Inspection Form" that can be used routinely by Food Facilities to prepare for Division inspections. The Division is asking Facilities to pilot the use of this form and report back to the Division about possible revisions to make it a better tool for achieving compliance.


Placer County Environmental Health conducted (5) workshops during the time period from  November 2007 to January 2008.  The workshops were regarding the proposed Fee Revisions. The memo dated January 15, 2008 summarizes the findings of all (5) workshops. It also includes some useful background information which is being considered in the proposal.
