The Placer Mosquito & Vector Control District - The Placer Mosquito and Vector Control District is a special district that serves all of Placer County. Mosquito technicians certified by the State of California Health Services in mosquito and vector indentification, conduct constant monitoring and surveillance to locate mosquito breeding sources.
