Hazardous Waste Programs
The purpose of the Hazardous Waste Generator Program is protection of the public health and the environment from exposure to hazardous wastes by regulation of businesses and industries that generate hazardous waste. This is accomplished through a comprehensive program of inspection, enforcement, public education, and complaint investigation.
