Handy Person Program
This program is provided by the Redevelopment Agency and the Foothill Volunteer Center, and is a free service to the low income residents of the Bowman Redevelopment Area (map below). It provides up to $1,000 in grant funds per household for various repairs needed around your home. The Handy Person Program is for low-income seniors who are 62 years or older and are living on a fixed income.
