Tahoe City Office
The Tahoe City Engineering and Surveying office is located at
565 West Lake Boulevard
, just south of the Highway 28/89 intersection. This office is mainly responsible for the review, oversight and inspection of Grading Permits, commercial developments and subdivisions located east of Donner Summit and within Placer County. This office, in 
conjunction with the Public Works Department, also issues minor utility Encroachment Permits and residential driveway Encroachment Permits.
