NOTE:  That annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases will occur every January 31.  (Non-Land Fees)
              For Land Fees, the annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) is applied July 1st every year.


Along with our fees that are required, you will need to sign a fee disclosure form. 

Fee Disclosure Form - This is the form that accompanies fees paid for applications, requests for service, etc .... Whenever a fee is paid for this department, a fee disclosure form is required.  It states what the applicant has paid for at the time of submittal.
