Kings Beach Commercial Core Improvement Project
| Placer County is pleased to announce the public release of our final environmental document for the Kings Beach Commercial Core Improvement Project. The final document is available for review online below under the heading “Final Environmental Document”. Placer County Department of Public Works has also declared a preferred alternative for the project which is the three-lane Hybrid. This alternative provides three lanes through town with roundabouts at Bear and Coon streets. Reduced on-highway parking will be available during the non-peak season. The project will be heard by both the Placer County Board of Supervisors and the TRPA Governing Board in the near future. As those meeting dates are scheduled, they will be posted here. |
