Museum Offers Class on Caring for Old Photos, Documents

Do you have any old documents that have brown, curled up edges? Have you inherited photographs from your grandparents that you would like to pass on to future generations? Would you like to learn how to preserve and care for old documents and photographs? 

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then you should attend this Placer County Museums Community Education Program. Curator of Archives, Carmel Barry-Schweyer, will instruct you on methods of cleaning and preserving paper documents and photographs.This program will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2007 at the Placer County Museums Bernhard Winery on the second floor from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.The Bernhard Winery is located at 291 Auburn Folsom Rd. in Auburn. This program is free.
