Information on Contaminated Peanut Products

Jill Pahl, the Placer County Environmental Health Services Director, is notifying county residents of the availability of a web link to the U.S Food and Drug Administration with information on the recall of peanut products that may be contaminated with Salmonella. The link includes details of the investigation and recall, including a list of affected products. This link also contains information on the Salmonella strain identified as the source of the contamination, what consumers should do, and how to file a complaint.
