Supervisors to Hear Appeal of Homewood Mountain Resort Project

November 10, 2011

The Placer County Board of Supervisors will hold a meeting at the Granlibakken Conference Center and Lodge in Tahoe City, on Tues., Nov 15, 2011 at 9:15 a.m. While the Board holds regularly scheduled meetings in the Lake Tahoe area several times a year, it also holds meetings at the lake to address significant issues germane to the area.

At next week’s meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing on the Homewood Mountain Resort Project. The County’s Community Development Resource Agency’s Planning Division will bring the project forward. The Supervisors will be asked to consider a third-party appeal of the Planning Commission’s action to approve a Conditional Use Permit, Planned Development Permit and the Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for the project.

The Homewood project agenda item is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. The Board meeting will be at the Granlibakken Conference Center and Lodge, 725 Granlibakken Rd., Tahoe City.
