Section 6300 et seq of the Business and Professions Code, relating to the establishment of County Law |

Composed of seven (7) members; Section 6302 of the Business & Professional Code requires the Board of |

Supervisors to annually appoint two Law Library Trustees to serve for a term of 1 year. Superior Court |
|
Judges appoint five (5) to serve as trustees. Chairman of the Board of Supervisors acts as ex-officio |
|
trustee unless requesting a member of the bar to serve in his place. Established by, Ord. 1523-B, |
|
Held on the second Monday of each month at 12:15 p.m. at 1590 Lincoln Way, Auburn, CA. |

Members shall receive no compensation for their services; however, any member traveling on official |
|
business for the Board shall be reimbursed for his/her actual and necessary traveling expense. |
