Composed of seven (7) members with a requirement of 4 members for a quorum. Members serve two year |

3rd Tuesday of the month at the Department of Public Works in Kings Beach with additional special |

Members shall receive no compensation for their services; however, any member traveling on official |
|
business for the Council shall be reimbursed for his actual and necessary traveling expense. |
