SOLID WASTE INDEPENDENT HEARING PANEL

To rule on appeals of staff's administration of Solid Waste laws. Established by Res. 92-87. |
|
Composed of three members: one from the Board of Supervisors; one technical expert in the field of solid |
|
waste; and one member of the public at-large. Terms shall be for two years commencing April 1992. |
|
Members may not serve more than two consecutive terms, but may serve again after a period off the Panel. |
|
Res. 93-237 replacing the Supervisor position with the County Executive Officer or his representative. |
|
Meetings shall be held when an appeal has been filed or as determined by the Director of Environmental Health. |
|
Members shall receive no compensation for their services. |
