| SQUAW VALLEY DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE |

To aid and assist the Planning Department and Planning Commission in matters of design within the area |
|
shown on Exhibit A of establishing Res. 2001-223. All recommendations by the Committee shall be |
|
advisory only and final decisions are to be made by the Planning Department, Zoning Administrator, Board |
|
of Zoning Appeals, Planning Commission or Board of Supervisors. |
|
The committee shall consist of five (5) persons, appointed by the Board of Supervisors, and residents of the |
|
Squaw Valley General Plan area. The terms shall be two (2) years; however, Seats 1 and 2 shall be one |
|
(1) year the first year and two (2) years thereafter. |
|
The meetings are held the last Thursday of each month at the Squaw Valley Fire Department |
|
Members shall serve without compensation and shall not be entitled to reimbursement for any expenses. |
