NORTH LAKE TAHOE RESORT ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS |

To promote, enhance, reinvigorate, coordinate, and direct tourism for the economic betterment of the North |

Lake Tahoe Region. Additionally, the corporation may operate as a Chamber of Commerce and Visitor and |
|
Twelve (12) members, nine (9) elected by the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association members, One (1) voting |
|
member appointed by the Placer County Executive Office, One (1) voting member appointed by the Placer |
|
County Board of Supervisors, and One (1) ex-officio member appointed by the Tahoe Regional Planning |
|
Agency. The board members must be qualified to represent District 5 and one of the following: 1 Recreation |
|
Provider; 1 Ski Area; 1 Larger Lodging Property (over 100 units); 1 Small Lodging Property (up to 100 units); |
|
1 Retail Business; 1 Real Estate/Property Management; 1 Restaurant; 1 At-Large; 1 General. |
|
Board meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 8:30 a.m. at alternating locations. Call Janet |
