One representative appointed by each of the following City Councils: Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, Colfax and |

Auburn. One representative appointed by the Town of Loomis and two by the Placer County Board of |

Meetings shall be held on the third Monday of each month at the Placer Mosquito & Vector Control District |
|
Office, 150 Waverly Drive, Lincoln, at 4:30 p.m. |
|
Members are compensated $100 per regular monthly Board meeting. |
