Proposal to construct 4,500 sf metal building for repair and maintenance of construction vehicles, along with 11,000sf of outdoor wquipment storage and 3,700 sf of outside storage for materials on 2.26 ac. parcel zoned C2-Dc. Near Hwy 193 and Taylor, Newcastle.
Robinson Sand and Gravel
Review of grading permit (DGP T3769) Project includes grading for a new road to access a cellular site and for a pad for a future commercial use on three acre parcel. Northwest corner of Lozanos Rd. and Ophir Rd. Newcastle
Fox Hill Lane Estates
Proposed to subdivide into 7 lots ranging in size from 4.6 to 6.1 acres located approximately 850 feet northwest of the intersection of Fox Hill Lane and Uncle Joe's Lane
