ab885update
Monday, Mar 22, 2010
As discussed at the January 2009 Granite Bay MAC meeting, the State of California was prepared to introduce new regulations, based on Assembly Bill 885, that would cause those on septic tanks and wells to pay for new inspections and stronger regulations. Local elected officals, including all five members of the Placer County Board of Supervisors, have sent letters to the State Water Board to protest the proposed regulations. Please click the links to the documents listed below for the latest updates.
