Housing and Dangerous Buildings Appeal Hearing Panel


To serve as the Appeal Hearing Panel relating to notices serviced under Section 15.56.110; exercise powers related to the conduct of hearings until submitted with findings and proposed decision to the Board who will make final determination.

Established by Placer County Ord. 4947-B in accordance with the State Housing and Dangerous Building Code Enforcement Ordinance Chapter 25. Pursuant to California State Housing and Building Codes, including, but not limited to Health and Safety Code Sections, Division 1.5, Sections 17920 - 17999, California Code of Regulations, Title 25, Part One. Three (3) persons consisting of the following or their designees: Placer County Health Officer, representative from the Association of Realtors of Placer County; representative from Legal Services of Northern California.
