Municipal Advisory Council - Sheridan

Purpose

The Municipal Advisory Council may advise the Board of Supervisors on matters of concern which relate to the area served by the Municipal Advisory Council. The Council may advise the Board of Supervisors on matters specifically referred to it by the Board of Supervisors for review and recommendation.

Composition

Five (5) members who are residents within the boundaries of the Sheridan MAC, with a term of four years.

Meetings

Second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at Stewart Hall, 6005 Camp Far West Road, Sheridan.

Compensation

All members of the Council shall serve without compensation; however, any member traveling on official business for the Council shall be reimbursed for his actual and necessary traveling expense.
