North Tahoe Area Design Review Committee


Review development plans and Sign Permits for conformance with Design/Sign Guidelines as provided by Section 17.60.070A of the Placer County Code.

Composed of five (5) members with a requirement of 3 members for a quorum. Members serve two year terms.


3rd Tuesday of the month at the Department of Public Works in Kings Beach with additional special meetings on demand.


Members shall receive no compensation for their services; however, any member traveling on official business for the Council shall be reimbursed for his actual and necessary traveling expense.
