Squaw Valley Design Review Committee

Purpose

To aid and assist the Planning Department and Planning Commission in matters of design within the area shown on Exhibit A of establishing Res. 2001-223. All recommendations by the Committee shall be advisory only and final decisions are to be made by the Planning Department, Zoning Administrator, Board of Zoning Appeals, Planning Commission or Board of Supervisors.

Composition

The committee shall consist of five (5) persons, appointed by the Board of Supervisors, and residents of the Squaw Valley General Plan area. The terms shall be two (2) years; however, Seats 1 and 2 shall be one (1) year the first year and two (2) years thereafter.

Meetings

The meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at the Squaw Valley Fire Department meeting/conference room.

Compensation

Members shall serve without compensation and shall not be entitled to reimbursement for any expenses.
