Robert Weygandt, Supervisor, District 2
Robert M. Weygandt has been a member of the Placer County Board of Supervisors for ten years. In 2002, he was sworn in to his third four-year term and represents the western sector of Placer County including the communities of Lincoln, Sheridan and the majority of Rocklin. Robert has been avidly involved in Placer Legacy—a program to protect land, water and open spaces within Placer County.
Robert earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance and a M.B.A. in Management and Finance from the University of Southern California. For four years Robert taught for Los Rios and West Kern Community College Districts, and seven years part-time for Sierra Community College District. From 1979 - 2004, Robert served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WECO Aerospace Systems, a Lincoln-based; family owned Federal Aviation Administration Licensed Repair Facility.
He has served as the Placer County Planning Commissioner and is a former member of the Placer County Economic Development Board. Robert has lived in Placer County for 40 years and resides in rural Lincoln. He has a son, Eric and a daughter, Stephanie and proudly has become a grandpa, within the last year, with granddaughter Haley and grandson Braden.
