Economic Development Board

The biggest asset to the County of Placer's economic development effort is its support and representation from all quarters of the county. This representation forms the Economic Development Board, and serves as the advisory body for the Office of Economic Development's business retention and attraction efforts and the county's film promotion program.

Members of the board are responsible for carrying economic development information back to the governments and organizations they represent to insure that there is a unified effort to attract new jobs to the county.
