License Suspensions

If your license has been suspended due to non-payment of child support, please contact our department to discuss your situation with a child support professional, who will assist you in developing a reasonable resolution to achieve the reinstatement of your license.

Our department wants to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Contact our office at 866-901-3212; or visit our office - no appointment is necessary.

State and national lawmakers pass legislation each year emphasizing the importance of timely child support payments. In some cases, individuals who do not pay their court-ordered child support may encounter a license suspension as a result of non-payment. In these situations, submissions are made to the licensing agencies for suspension/revocation of drivers, professional, recreational and other state licenses.
