Park at Granite Bay

The Park at Granite Bay project is requesting approval of a General Plan Amendment (Granite Bay Community Plan), Rezone, Conditional Use Permit, Variance, and Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map to develop 56 single-family detached dwelling units, a privately owned and maintained 0.81-acre park which anticipates public access, and other green space on a 16.3-acre site zoned RS-AG-B-40.
