Virtual Check Information
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1.) SOME FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS MAY NOT HONOR THE VIRTUAL CHECK!
Examples include, but are not limited to the following: money market accounts, equity lines of credit and some credit unions.
PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION PRIOR TO COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING THE VIRTUAL CHECK.
Do not submit the virtual check if there is any doubt that the instrument will be rejected by them.
IF THE VIRTUAL CHECK IS REJECTED BY YOUR INSTITUTION A RETURNED CHECK FEE AND ANY APPLICABLE DELINQUENCY FEES WILL BE ADDED TO THE PARCEL(S) AFFECTED.
2.) PLEASE USE THE EXACT ACCOUNT NUMBER AS DISPLAYED ON YOUR PHYSICAL CHECK!
The account number should be in the current format and length as defined by the institution on which the instrument is drawn.
IF THE CHECK IS NOT HONORED BECAUSE OF INCORRECT ROUTING OR CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION, RETURNED CHECK FEES AND ANY APPLICABLE DELINQUENCY FEES WILL BE ADDED TO THE PARCEL(S) AFFECTED.
