DUI Programs

DUI programs are a crucial part of the campaign to lessen the number of incidents connected with DUI (driving under the influence). When a driver is convicted of a DUI, as defined in Vehicle Code Section 23152, he or she is obliged to complete a re-education course designed for drivers in order to have his/her license reinstated, as set forth in AB-2802.
