8.    COUNTY COUNSEL/ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to the cited authority (all references are to the Government Code), the Board of Supervisors will hold a closed session to discuss the following listed items.  A report of any action taken will be presented prior to adjournment.

ADD TO CONSENT:

12.1     COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RESOURCE AGENCY

A.    Proposed Establishment of Placer Community Facilities District No. 2017-1 (Riolo Vineyard Specific Plan)

1.    Accept the Placer County Bond Screening Committee recommendation to proceed with the formation of Community Facilities District No. 2017-1 (Riolo Vineyard Specific Plan and take the following actions: Adopt a Resolution of Intention to establish Community Facilities District No. 2017-1 (Riolo Vineyard Specific Plan), and set Public Hearing for October 24, 2017 at 9:10 A.M. at the North Tahoe Event Center, 8318 North Lake Blvd., Kings Beach, CA and  approve the Form of Acquisition Agreement and Authorize the Execution subject to concurrence from County Counsel.

2.    Adopt the Resolution of Intention to Incur Bonded Indebtedness to finance or refinance the acquisition and construction (or reimbursement for) certain public facilities relating to Community Facilities District No. 2017-1 (Riolo Vineyard Specific Plan), and set the Public Hearing for October 24, 2017 at 9:10 A.M. at the North Tahoe Event Center, 8318 North Lake Blvd., Kings Beach, CA.
