Forest Land Closures Near Kings Beach For Tree Thinning

The U.S Forest Service announced recently that approximately 340 acres of National Forest System land near Kings Beach will be closed while tree thinning is taking place for a fuel-reduction and forest-health project.

Dates: Now through October 15th, 2014

Times: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily

Location: The site is located on the east side of the Brockway Summit north of Speckled Avenue.
