- Honoring Mark Fowler
Published on February 18, 2014
The Rural Lincoln Municipal Advisory Council will honor long-time member Mark Fowler at a meeting on Monday, Feb. 24.
The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. in Mount Pleasant Hall, 3333 Mt. Pleasant Road, in Lincoln.
Fowler retired recently after serving as a member of the Rural Lincoln MAC for 23 years.
Second District Supervisor Robert M. Weygandt, the Lincoln area’s representative on the Placer County Board of Supervisors, noted that Fowler was well known for maintaining a fair, even approach on each issue during his tenure as chair of the advisory council and making sure everyone had a chance to present their views on controversial issues.
Everyone in the Lincoln community is invited to attend the ceremony honoring Fowler.
Directions to Mt. Pleasant Hall and information about the Rural Lincoln MAC are available on Supervisor Weygandt’s Website.
