You may always pay your taxes via U.S. Mail. You must have your payment U.S. post marked on or before the due date. You may do this at the Post Office by having them hand cancel your envelope at the counter. Do not rely on a mail receptacle as your guarantee that the payment is postmarked on time.

For your convenience, we offer a drop box service in front of our building at 2976 Richardson Drive to place your payment. Please note, if you drop your payment in the box after 5 p.m, on the day prior to the bill becoming delinquent, the payment will be considered late and penalties/fees will be assessed. Please - no cash payments!
Payments can be made 24/7 by calling 510-889-4120 or 888-888-5218 and using the secure automated system to process the payment.
As always, we are happy to accept your payment in person, at our front counter at 2976 Richardson Drive. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except for major holidays.
