Department of Facilities Management

The Department of Facilities Management maintains County-owned buildings and constructs new County buildings that are approved by the Board of Supervisors.

We also provide property management services for leased buildings and land. Additionally, we serve as the department responsible for negotiating County building and land purchases and sales.

Placer County Museums and the Veterans Memorial Halls are maintained and receive oversight from the Department of Facilities Management.
