ADA Improvements
The project scope consists of ADA upgrades associated with the exterior path of travel from the intersection of Fulweiler and Nevada Streets to the main entrance of the existing Domes building, and from the existing accessible parking to the building entrance.

Animal Services Center
This new state-of-the-art animal care and adoption facility is designed to provide a calming environment for both animals and people, replacing an existing antiquated building.

Assessor Tenant Improvement
This tenant improvement project will reconfigure the existing Assessor’s lobby to include a new meeting room and ADA accessible counter and public workstations.

Auburn Library Rehabilitation
This project will upgrade the library’s existing original hard and soft scape site areas to address ADA compliance needs and aged landscape and associated infrastructure issues.

Building B Secured Parking Area
The existing parking lot is open to the public and provides no separation between the staff and the parolees they supervise. The project will allow a more secure working environment.

Board of Supervisors ADA Upgrades
The ADA upgrades for the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers includes the reconfiguration of the existing audience seating to include accessible seating areas, modifications to public counters, wider doors, and accessible path-of-travel, signage, new carpet and a photo backdrop area.

Booking Area Improvements
These booking area renovations support the detention areas and help increase staffing efficiency. Installation of hollow metal walls and clear impact-resistant laminated partitions enhance the safety and protection of booking personnel.

Clerk Of The Board Tenant Improvement
This interior remodel project will provide the public with a larger and more inviting lobby with an enhanced reception window to conduct business with the Clerk of the Board and Board of Supervisors.

DeWitt Heritage Museum
The remodel of this vintage DeWitt building into a Heritage Museum will not only house some of DeWitt’s most historic artifacts but will preserve and tell the story of the original DeWitt General Hospital complex.

House 3 Split
The House 3 Split project will allow jail staff to have four different inmate classifications in two housing units where there are currently only one.

HR Tenant Improvement
This project will provide five new offices for the Human Resources Department, a more efficient Risk Management space, a new home for Library Services Administration, and a new conference room.

Main Distribution Frame
Developed scope, design criteria, budget and construction documents to consolidate telecommunications rooms from two buildings.

Minimum Security Yard
This new Minimum security yard will provide a needed controlled outdoor exercise area for inmates.

Shade Structure
This new 500 square foot concrete break patio area will feature a 16 by 16 foot pre-engineered metal shade canopy over one corner.

SNOW Museum
This proposed project would include construction of a two-story, U-shaped building celebrating the 1960 Winter Olympics and the history of winter sports in the Sierra Nevada. The building would span up to 20,000 square feet with a maximum height of 30 feet. It would include an Olympic history and Sierra Nevada ski history museum, a cultural community center, a café, an event space, a visitor center, outdoor gathering spaces and amenities.
